Support the Nextflow secret directive for build components

Feature description

Add secret to the list of allowed directives for the Nextflow runner. This should add a secret "MY_SECRET" line to the built Nextflow process as in https://docs.seqera.io/nextflow/secrets#process-directive.

Why is this feature beneficial?

This would allow secrets defined using nextflow secrets or the Seqera secrets manager to be used by workflow processes. This is the recommended secure way to pass information like API keys.
