Event tagging system

We should add a "tags" concept to our event data. Tags might be custom (made by users), or we might just have a curated list managed by the org. Some examples that were suggested by attendees:
- kids
- dance
- somatic

Users should be able to add tags to their events, events should display their tags while being browsed, and then people should be able to filter events based on a tag while browsing
