Highlight currently-ongoing events

We should visually distinguish (in real-time, client-side) events that are actively happening right now. To be precise: events that have an end datetime, where `now()` (client-side) is between the start and end. The style of visual distinction is undecided, but it needs to play nice with the other visual styles for events (eg official ones that are colored as such, etc)
