Make it easier for users to browse new or recently-modified events #56
Description
If someone's already looked through the schedule once, they might not do that again to check for new or modified events. We should make this easier to find
That could mean an option to sort events by last-modified (once we start persisting that info), it could mean somehow highlighting recently-modified events, or filtering to recently-modified ones within a certain interval. The exact solution isn't decided yet
