A11Y - Flag vocalization duplication

I'm working on accessibility problems on my team. It has been brought to my attention that the flags are vocalized by the user. To comply with WCAG Compliance Readable. I wonder if the text alternative to the flag makes sense.

Example in NVDA vocalizer I have : France FR France +33 68 sur 245
If we had MuiTelInput :

getFlagElement={(_, { imgProps }) => <img {...imgProps} alt="" />}}

Vocalizer render : France +33 68 sur 245

So I wonder if it's better to make it the default flag element.
