[Feature Request] onCountryChange event

Hello, I would find it usefull to add onCountryChange event so i can track number prefix. Now i get whole value (prefix+number) and it is impossible to separate them ... and I'd like to save prefix in solo column in DB ...

This seems to be already fully handled by onChange, which is also triggered upon selecting a new country. @MichalNekvasil @viclafouch
