Chrono is resuming development

Hey everyone, quick update since the repo's been mostly quiet for almost a year.

Development went on hold in early 2025. Other work took over, and Android kept getting harder to build reliable alarm apps on, so motivation ran out. No one was in a position to keep going at the time.

We're planning to pick it back up soon. Still working out when exactly, but it's no longer shelved.

Thanks to everyone who kept opening issues, contributing translations, and using Chrono through the silence. Will post another update when the first release is out.
