The Rising Volume feature does not work

Describe the bug
The rising volume feature does not work, and it does not seem to increase or rise the volume gradually from a lower initial volume.

Same here.
I expect the volume to start at 0 and slowly rise to the normal volume level over de specified amount of time.
What happens instead is that the volume is at the normal/specified volume instantly, and stays at that constant level no matter what the rising volume / duration says.
