Add alarm (not timer) widget feature

With the new update, I have already been using the new pomodoro setting which is awesome

This sparked the idea to have something similar under or above it, for an actual alarm (please be able to choose 12h/24h for dum dums like me)

Use case example: I want to remember to put the potatoes in the oven at 2:40, so instead of either A. opening up the horrid windows alarm/clock app, or B. doing math, I can just do it in my already open browser which isn't just additional software

Probably would have a quick access toggle on/off next to it (similar to the pomodoro focus), or just an on/off button, and then probably just clicking into the time itself to change the time. Maybe persist the last time set by the user?
