Mixed capitalisation in user-visible strings in PageSettingsLogger.qml

Some strings in the navigation items use title casing (e.g. "VRM Portal ID", "VRM Device Registration" etc) while others use sentence casing (e.g. "VRM device instances", "Log interval", etc).

I assume that they should use sentence casing consistently.

I think "VRM Portal" is fine with capital "P", as this refers to the VRM Portal at vrm.victronenergy.com.
