[Feature] Add to ESS control node "Self-Consumption from battery"

Hello all,

It would be satisgying to have "ESS control node" improved on "Venus settings" by allowing to manage the "Self-Consumption from battery" to select between "Only Critical loads" and "All system loads" (by yes / no).

After some tests I found a possible candidate thru 'Custom Input/Output' node :
"com.victronenergy.settings" "/Settings/CGwacs/BatteryUse"

it is set to 0 when "All system loads"
it is set to 1 when "Only Critical loads"

Thanks to help me confirm this is the right parameter to set/unset.
