[Feature] Add Alternator control node #357

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a Alternator output node that READ state of Orion XS (1 on, 4 off). But there is no equivalent node in the that takes input to CONTROL Orion XS.
Describe the solution you'd like
Create control node called 'Alternator'. Similar to how Solar CHarger has both input/output nodes
Describe alternatives you've considered
I curently use custom control node for it which is OK.
