Audio Level Too Low

I have tried the 3.5mm audio out and the HDMI audio, and both come out way lower than other signals I have running into my mixer/amp. I increased volume to 100%, but it's still way too low. Any fix?

Let's start eliminating points of potential failure:

• I would first confirm that this is also happening at the operating system layer as it could be a function of the system vs. the PiKaraoke software. Quit the PiKaraoke software (via mobile website, or by clicking the hamburger icon in the upper left on the PiKaraoke machine), open a browser and see if a youtube video has the same audio level issue. If same levels as in PiKaraoke, then proceed to the next step. If the OS has elevated and satisfactory levels, we can focus on PiKaraoke software. I suspect PiKaraoke is not a culprit here.
• Validate the current 3.5mm cord is functioning. Find a pair of earbuds with a 3.5MM jack and see if those also have issues. If the earbuds or new cord is also producing lower output, then we can focus on the OS.
• Ensure that OS volume is 100% in the upper right
• Ensure that the system output is also configured appropriately. See this Reddit thread.
