ios8: thumbnail overlays out of place during vjs-waiting

The "Now Playing" and video duration overlays may be offset as much as 2px from the absolute left and top of the thumbnail image on iPads while `.vjs-waiting` is applied to the player. The situation resolves itself as soon as vjs-waiting is removed. It's also not evident at all zoom levels-- pinching in a little bit can cause the issue to resolve itself.
