It looks like you don't have an OpenCL SDK properly installed on the machine, because all the CPU tests pass and all the OpenCL tests fail. Can you please verify that OpenCL is installed correctly? If you don't want to use OpenCL, please disable OpenCL by setting ENABLE_OPENCL to false in the CMake configuration.

I also tried installing from source OpenCL (POCL) with cmake .., but that didn't help either.

Can you please elaborate on didn't help? If configured this way, all the failed OpenCL tests you mentioned above are no longer run, so you shouldn't get any errors.

Thanks! Please use cmake .. -DENALBE_OPENCL=false, otherwise ENABLE_OPENCL is interpreted as an environment variable, not a configuration option for CMAKE.
