I have switched to hetzner a while ago. Never had an issue so far. Too man restrictions on building Openclaw on Railway.

Merged better troubleshooting breadcrumbs in #74.

Can you hit /setup/api/debug (after /setup auth) and paste the JSON? It will show which config file was detected and the last gateway start error/exit if it’s failing to come up.

This issue references legacy moltbot.json paths from before the config filename migration.

Current template builds:

• detect legacy config filenames
• provide pairing approval via /setup
• provide /healthz and richer /setup/api/debug diagnostics
