Description

Love Vike and been porting many projects to the framework.

When server starts, agents see this message and might just pollute their context with with an entire sitemap. Context management is important and it could get messy if libraries all use their console access to provide their own instruction to agents.
I'd also recommend a more appropriate language like "Latest Vike Docs summary available at ..."

I agree there should be an option to disable it.

About the wording, the tricky thing is to find the right balance.

I think your suggested wording at #3460 is too soft and will be ignored too often? The current one contains the condition "when using Vike" so I don't think agents will always load it (it's kinda like how skills work).

Maybe we can further improve the condition, e.g. "when using uncommon Vike use cases".
