Can you modify the placement of the S... and M03/4 in the gcode files?
I think it shouldn't move around with G0 and switched on spindle. This should be just before moving spindle down on Z axis at the start x/y coordinate with G1.
Also afterwards when moving up the Z axis, there should be M05, before next G0 is moving to next object.
