Compatbility issue with win10 & neovim ??

I have installed vim-rmarkdown, vim-pandoc ,vim-pandoc-syntax ,but when i compile pdf I get this:

the rmd file is in D:\Document\aa.rmd , looks like the plugin didnt transfer the right parameter to R.
PS: Using win10 1803 and neovim 0.3.1

manual compile is fine , but the path need extra "/" to work,...
