Transparency broken in Black Box terminal

To reproduce:

1. Run the command to enable the theme for Flatpaks.
2. Install Black Box from Flathub
3. Open the settings and try to reduce the Opacity under the Terminal Window tab.
4. The terminal does not become transparent.
