Change size of title bar min/max/close buttons?

I'm using the Orchis-Dark theme, which I like very much. Is a way of changing the size of the min/max/close buttons on the top right corner of each window? I'd like them a bit bigger.

I'm happy to change a CSS or XML file if you tell me where the settings are.
