Include gltf icon as an svg so the css color and hover color are applied (aframevr#831)

* Use currentColor in gltf icon for hover color to work properly, added @svgr/webpack dependency to transform the svg to a react component

* Update package-lock.json with @svgr/webpack and npm audit fix

* Fresh package-lock.json with latest versions
