Add memcached as caching option

Add memcached as caching option.

Reason:

• More optimal that own caching (for large data?)
• Can run on separate server
• Can share caching with multiple instances of the blog application
• Better reporting
• Cache invalidation

The purpose would be to keep the original own class also for very small sites
