Description
I need an extensive friendly guide for running Vinegar natively specifically wine configurations.
I am trying to run vinegar natively on EndeavourOS.
Vinegar is an alternative to Grapejuice, designed for advanced Linux users.
I am not an advance user.
Unless you have a good reason not to use it, it is strongly recommended to install Vinegar using Flatpak.
The flatpak version takes a lot space and has a bunch of restrictions because of flatpak. My personal reasons are importing a .rblx or .obj file is tricky.
The problem is I am using the system wine which has very less conifiguration (I don't use it for anything else), so it doesn't work out. Configuring wine is not covered in here. It says
It may also be recommended to use Proton GE.
I tried that but it gave way more error than system wine, which had with no configurations. Therefore, I don't want to use it.
