#436 introduce a platora of changes in how nix work inside this project (now its merely decent.)
but since theres #429 going on rn ill be making this tracking issue to make the documentation after it gets merged.

What needs to be documented:

1. How to build the projects components using flakes and without it.
2. notify flake checks (CI & manual).
3. developer shells
