Test Report "Skipped"

Hi there,

in the test report pop up there is the category "skipped". How can I mark a test as skipped? I cannot find any documentation about it.

Caraya currently does not support skipping assertions.
Having an explicit "SKIP" node has been requested before. ( see #84 )
I have not taken the time to assess the implications of adding a Skip node, although it would not be major I'm sure.

For reference, here is the snippet of code that determines the state.

There is a contention between Skipped and Errors which could be made clearer, for sure.
In Caraya, Errors are actually tests that have been skipped because an upstream error prevented the assertion from executing. The theory is that an upstream error makes the following assertion unknown because it may rely on the previous assertion being True to produce a valid assertion (building on previous true assertions to prove correct execution).

Okay, thank you for the explanation! I will use a workaround until the feature is implemented.
