Feature request - scenario results grouped in one comment (i.e. per feature, rather than per scenario)

This plugin has proved very useful for us at TransformUK :) One thing we wanted to change, was to have Feature scenario results grouped in one comment, instead of a comment for each scenario. Our Jira is pretty busy in comments section! I have had cursory look at code, but could not fathom how to group scenario results into one comment report. Is this in roadmap? Or any pointers would be gratefully received.

Posting comments is triggered by the src/EventListener/AfterScenarioListener.php. The listener is configured in services/core.xml, where the AfterScenario listener is tagged with "behat.event_subscriber", and in AfterScenarioListener.php's getSubscribedEvents().

A quick hack would be to modified getSubscribedEvents() to also hook on the afterFeature event. The afterFeature() method would do the posting to Jira) and clean-up. The afterScenario() method would collect results.

If you make a PR, it would need to be a configureable setting. (See Extension.php)
