Regular reset to automatic control

We should reset every camera once a day to automatic control.
This way, we avoid recording loss due to users accidentally leaving a camera on manual control.
The reset should probably be done every 24h at around 3am.

Loss of recordings due to manual camera control within a day are acceptable and must not be addressed for this issue.
