Add new endpoint to process installimage configs

The installimage provides us good information about installed systems and their configuration. We need statistics to check which setup has a high failure rate or which operating system is the most popluar. Elasticsearch is a well-known document based distributed database which we can utilize here.

We need a new endpoint which accepts the config file and saves it in elasticsearch. Details will follow.
