Any plans to add more alphabets, for example extended latin?

I am from an English Speaking background , not soo much familiar with latin language,
Can you give me some hints about how to convert English to Latin equivalent,

Extended latin is not a language it's a Unicode block. I was talking about characters like "ĉ, ŝ, ĝ, ü, ł, ź" etc.

characters like "ĉ, ŝ, ĝ, ü, ł, ź" if possible to create in ASCII form then it will be great to add this in our repository.
What about your thoughts on creating extended Latin!
I may not conform about myself as have a tight schedule these days.
