Azure no longer allows new app registrations without a developer account #47
Description
When following the installation instructions to register a new application in Azure, I get the following message:
Register an application
The ability to create applications outside of a directory has been deprecated. You may get a new directory by joining the M365 Developer Program or signing up for Azure.
Signing up for the M365 Developer Program requires meeting certain criteria as an app developer. Signing up for Azure costs money (after a free trial anyway).
Can an installation process be created that doesn't require registering a new application?
