[BUG] Improve Navbar and add Home page link to the logo

• I have checked "open" AND "closed" issues and this is not a duplicate

Description

The navbar bg is not completely filling the content so I wish to improve the navbar design. Also when clicking the logo in navbar it doesn't redirect to home page so i wish to add the home link to the logo.

Fix the height of the navbar bg and also add a tag to logo and add href to home page.
