[FEATURE] From user guide section redirecting to dashboard (UI Improvement)

Issue description:

Currently when we go to user guide section then there is no way to re-route to home page or redirect to home page. User needs to click on the back button of browser.

This is just a small UI improvement.

Proposed Solution

The proposed solution will have button in the user guide section which will re-route our web page to the homepage or dashboard.

This is very small and simple feature that should be added in this UI.

The proposed solution:

In side User Guide component file, we will create on button which will re-route us back to the dashboard.
