Highlight correct year in mini-chart

Description

The mini-chart in the side-panel always highlights the last datapoint, even when a different year is selected. Instead, the dot should highlight the current period.

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to /map?entity=municipality&period=2023
2. Click on any municipality
3. Observe the dot and dashed line are at the latest period, not 2023

Expected Behavior

The dot should highlight the current period
