Canton hover also highlights "random" municipality

Description

When displaying by canton and hovering on the list, the canton is highlighted correctly on the map. However, along with the canton, a small "random" municipality get's highlighted too. This is confusing and should be avoided.

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to https://www.strompreis.elcom.admin.ch/map
2. Click on "Ansicht nach Kanton"
3. Hover on some cantons in the list
4. Observe that other random municipalities get highlighted too for some reason

Expected Behavior

Only the canton should be highlighted, nothing else.

Wenn man in der Navigationsleiste «anzeigen nach» auf Kanton umstellt und dann über einen bestimmten Kanton «hoovert», dann wird dieser wohl korrekt angezeigt, aber irgendwo auf der Karte wird immer auch noch eine zusätzliche Gemeinde «erratisch» auch noch hervorgehoben – zwar nicht mit dem «fetten» Rand, aber doch sichtbar. Auf der REF konnte ich es heute nicht mehr nachvollziehen, aber auf der ABN ist es noch da, vgl. untenstehender Screenshot am Beispiel Kt. Basel (es ist aber immer wieder mal eine andere Gemeinde…)
