Compact Layout

Description

In order to address usability concerns raised by ElCom in #355, we should explore design options for a more compact layout, meaning that less space should be "used" before the real content begins.

As demonstrated in the screenshots below, even on high resolution screens the top part of the website seems underutilized, with the charts only being visible if the user scrolls.
