no data disclaimer design improvement

Description

Follow up for #499
Currently, the text of the no data disclaimer spans across the entire width of the container. I propose we improve the padding and max-width of the text to improve the readability and visual appearance.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a 1rem padding to the gray box which contains the texts.
• Add something like max-width: 70ch; to the texts within the container, to make sure the text breaks on larger screens.
