Hide indicator selection on municipality / canton pages

Description

On Mobile, we should hide the indicator selection on municipality or canton pages, since there is nothing to select.

(compared with network operators, where we introduced the element in order to switch between tariffs / overview / various indicators)

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to https://www.strompreis.abn.elcom.admin.ch/municipality/1211?period=2026&priceComponent=total&category=H4&product=standard#main-content
2. Click on the "Stromtarife" dropdown
3. Observe that there is only one option...

Expected Behavior

Only show it for network operators
