Interactive Filters for Tables: Add tick lines to the time slider #2435

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
We should include tick marks on the date slider filter. Especially in a case where there is no data for each consecutive year in the dataset (or larger gaps between years) the slider sometimes jumps back to the previous position (also see screen recording)

Show tick lines in the timesliders so users can identify where the next data point is.

Use cases and impact
Allowing users to quickly and intuitively filter for the data they are looking for without having to fiddle with the slider.
