Hi!

I'm new to vite.js and rollup.js
I came across the lack of the ability to transform webmanifest and its icons with standard vite plugins, so I decided to write my own plugin vite-plugin-webmanifest

Since I am a beginner, I suppose that I could not solve the issue in the most optimal way.
I ask you to look at the plugin and tell me what can be improved or fixed in it.
