Want to treat json as js

Vite hook does not invoke for code content in *.json file, I have a json file which has javascript code in it, I have disabled vite:json for time being I want to do some business in resolveId hook but since its json files resovleId does not invoke for files imported in json ( Is javascript code in it )

PS: I have these json files imported in root file
