Feature Request: show hostname next to table id on VTAdmin tablet selection dropdowns

Feature Description

From our side it would be really good to have hostnames next tablet ids , for user experience it would simplify planned failover operations

Use Case(s)

when you need to do planned failover , and have multiple replica , you need to know which tablet id is which host , if we list hostnames next to tablet ids on those dropdowns , it would be easier.
