PinBoard Window

Dear Vixalien,
Thanks for the already done work on sticky notes.
It would be nice to have a main pinboard window where notes could be pinned restoring their
positions and sizes when reopening this pinboard window.
A must, would be a zoomable and scrollable pinboard.
