test: align test-hw.sh with current radfu features

Extend the hardware test script to cover new radfu commands
including config-read, blank-check, verify, and the various
input/output format options (bin/ihex/srec). Add tests for
the --area memory selection option and multi-file write with
file:address syntax. Update key-verify to use symbolic type
names (secdbg/nonsecdbg/rma) instead of numeric indices.
Add -q/--quiet option support to suppress progress bars.
