Feature Request: optional highlight classes

Hi there,

Thank your for this great package.

It would be nice to have the ability, to highlight some days different, e.g. holidays one color and other dates with a different one.

This could be achieved, if highlightedDates would also accept an object like { '2025-03-25': 'special-color-class' }. If it is an object you would add the value to the classList of that date.

For the moment, you could create events with display: background and backgroundColor: '#hexColor' to reproduce such behavior.
If ever you're using resources, you would have to add all resources id's into the resourceIds array of the event.
But the cool trick is that you can add holidays / day offs to specific resources in case of resources being employees or teams for example
