Need help understanding my benchmarks / improving my performance

I am running a 4090 and getting these benchmark results.

As long as I can understand them, other users running 4090 are getting between 5x and 10x my performance.

I need to understand if my results are indeed abysmal and if so, what can / should I do to improve upon them.

you're using sdxl as base model, majority of other results are using sd15.

Not sure how you see the same image, but it's not.

First run is mine (username "sebas"), clocking 3.13 / 5.42 / 10 respectively.

Second row is another user (username "saturn"), clocking 5.7 / 10.93 / 17.46.

Both 4090s, SDXL pipeline, same checkpoint (different versions).

I don't understand where the difference in it/s can be coming from.

I'll be happy to post data, if you tell me what kind of data you are looking for and how to get it. Should I be posting the log?

it could be anything. is cpu fast enough to feed gpu? is gpu seated in correct pci slot and getting full bandwidth?
on sdnext side, to eliminate any possible impacts try run offloading and quantization disabled.
on benchmark side, set its settings to deepest level so it runs with extended steps and batch sizes. and make sure warmup is enabled.
but yes, your results seem quite below expected. i'm at 6-7 it/s with rtx4090 without any special tricks which is 2x.

It was either quantization or offloading, without them I get 6.55 / 10.58 / 17.66, which seem normal.
