Provide an estimate for the completion of this milestone

To provide an estimate, test setup is to be created to go through the scenario and assess
how many current screens are affected and how many new screens are to be built.

The estimation will take two person days and the deadline is 2020/01/20.

As a rough estimate, the NC workshop snapshot screen should hold also the approved workshops
apart from the 'upcoming', 'to be uploaded', and 'pending for approval' workshops.

Once an approved workshop is viewed in detail, the NC should only be able to view the documents but should not be able to upload new documents or delete the existing ones unlike when the workshop is in the other states - 'to be uploaded' or 'pending for approval. This should take 4 person days.

After analysis, there are two problems:

1. The view button when clicked to view a workshop by an NC does not
   open the workshop in detail.
2. Earlier, when the view button was working to view a workshop by an NC,
   only the workshop details are shown but not the documents, This is not the case
   when an OC views a workshop, where the documents are also displayed.

The effort will be 3 person days to fix this.
