Using 'gem install cexio' doesn't pull latest version

Hi there
These are my first interactions using github and gems, so bear with me please...
I have used 'gem install cexio' command line to install cex.io-api-ruby and started coding. I found that there was a need for a get_order function that was not in the code, and created it myself in the files installed in my computer. Then I was going to add it in the github repository and I found it was already there.
When I checked on the version.rb file, in my computer I have version 0.0.6 while in the github repo there is a version 0.0.7
Not sure if I am doing something wrong to pull latest version, or if something is missing so when someone (like me) uses 'gem install cexio' command won't get latest version

Yes, on rubygems last published version 0.0.6
Currently it gem is not actually for me and I stop worked about it.
On next weekends I fix several bugs, optimize code and publishing new version on rubygems.
