Track: SEO/GEO visibility — rank for humans + AI agents

The registry's discoverability infrastructure is already shipped (agent-surface phase: llms.txt, MCP, registry JSON, sitemap, JSON-LD, RSS). But Google Search Console ground truth (90d) shows the site is indexed-but-buried:

• 141 pages indexed, 964 impressions → 2 clicks, avg position 60–110
• surfaces for zero AI-intent queries despite the AI positioning
• the dead ui.vllnt.com twin is still indexed (20 pages) and outranks the live .ai — no 301s shipped
• 0 backlinks, 0 listicles, GitHub at 7 stars (topics missing ai/agents/shadcn)

So the bottleneck is authority + targeting + consolidation, not indexing.

Roadmap phases added (ROADMAP.md, all PLANNED)

1. search-consolidation — 301 the dead .com, fix canonical/hreflang, kill the analytics 404s, complete JSON-LD, request re-index.
2. ai-toolchain-registration — shadcn registry directory PR, Context7, distributable @vllnt/mcp + official MCP registry, GitHub topics (make VLLNT installable by name in AI coding tools).
3. visibility-measurement — GA4 AI-Assistant channel, share-of-voice tracker, crawler-log monitoring, recurring GSC review.
4. seo-content-engine — Content Collections MDX blog + programmatic /integrations/* and /alternatives/* pages + 3 flagship comparison guides.
5. backlink-authority — awesome-lists, Show HN + Product Hunt, OSS aggregators, syndication, newsletters, one original-data link magnet.
