Cant find way to provision VCD buckets from CSE clusters

Describe the solution you'd like

some kind of CRD, like

kind: VCDObjectBucket
specs:
   bucket-name:
   region: 
   quota:
   replication: 
   etc: 

And save endpoint to config map, credentials to secret.
